The Gate led us into an unknown  

location, pixelated and barren, felt like the digital world but it wasn't.

The BlackShoutmon was nowhere to be seen. Yet we could hear voices to the north of us. Dia, Shock, and I decided to follow it.

What seemed like days had passed since our arrival in the 'Safe Zone'. The inhabitants called it that, they comprised of a group of Digimon, humans and their Digimon partners. They had come here just like us, running away from something horrific. 

Hundreds of small Digimon engulfing an entire world. The human world we were in was destroyed by these Digimon. I do not know the fate of our Server but I hope they all survived.

The 'Proctors' are the leaders of the Safe Zone and were the ones who opened the Gate to our safety. They saved the inhabitants in three waves. I was in the second but those who came in third have begun to arrive. 

While Shock mingles about in the center of the Zone, I stay with Dia in the outskirts and meditate away from the noise. The number of humans that enter here increase and despite my opinions of them, they were the ones who opened gate.

Regardless, I cannot shake the feeling we all have been brought here for a reason. Whatever it is these Proctors want me to do, it better lead us back to the Server we call home.
